• In case of event cancellation by Tychr Events, applicable refunds will be processed as per the stated policy

All content, materials, curriculum, branding, and media associated with Tychr Events are the intellectual property of Tychr and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during all programmes. You agree not to:

• Engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior
• Harass, discriminate, or intimidate others
• Damage property or learning environments
• Misrepresent yourself or your affiliations

8. Limitation of Liability

Tychr Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our programmes, including travel, accommodation, or third-party services, except as required by law.
